What I Ate Today

Hey guys!

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast:


Whole wheat toast with peanut butter, banana, and cinnamon. Served with water, skim milk, and black French Roast. 

Morning Dnack:


Decaf green tea with lemon. 

Lunch:

Two shredded chicken tacos with lettuce and salsa. Served with a side of refried beans. 

Afternoon snack:

A pear and a nonfat yogurt. 

Dinner:
Parmesan tilapia and a green pepper stuffed with brown rice, tomatoes, scallions, and peas. Topped with Parmesan.
