Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with blueberries. Served with turkey bacon and skim milk. Black French Roast coffee taken in my travel mug.
Morning Snack was a Special K Crisp in chocolate and caramel.
Lunch:
Asian-style salad: broccoli slaw and shredded cabbage topped with scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and a chopped Boca burger.
Dinner:
Barbeque Crock Pot chicken with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a Mike's Hard Black Cherry Lemonade. Yum!
Dessert was a Weight Watchers chocolate cake with skim milk.
