What I Ate Wednesday

Hey guys!

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast:



Smoothie made with skim milk, a banana, frozen strawberries, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. 

Lunch:


Amy's Lentil and Vegetable Soup with pretzles, fruit cocktail, and half a raisin bagel with light cream cheese. 


Afternoon Snack:


A Special K Red Berries bar. 

Dinner:


A slice of homemade cornbread and vegetarian chili, also homemade. 

No dessert yet, but it will be a cookie and  a cup of milk.
