What I Ate Wednesday

Hey guys!

Here what I ate today:



Breakfast: cinnamon and slice oatmeal with half a banana, cinnamon, 1% milk and black coffee. 



Lunch: I forgot to take a pic of the actual meal, but I had butternut squash ravioli. 



Afternoon snack: yogurt and an apple




Dinner: homemade lentil soup topped with Parmesan and a whole wheat roll. 

I am still deciding on what my mid-week treat will be though...
