Hey guys!
Happy Forth of July! My hubby and I celebrated the 237th signing of the Declaration of Independence in style. We started the day with a long walk with the dogs and then I made patriotic pancakes while he hung up our American Flag outside. On of the things I love about my multicolored Fiesta Ware is that I can mix and match for any theme or holiday!

How I Lost Weight
Hey Guys,
So, I've gotten a few questions about loosing weight since my post about my summer diet and thought I should write out a few details about how to loose weight in a healthy way.
First of all, this is NOT me saying that you need to loose weight! I'm sure you're fantastic just the way that you are. Secondly, I'm not a dietician or a nutritionist. I do have experience with gaining weight and figuring out how to loose it, though.

Back to Work Outfit #1
Hey guys!
So now that it's July, I'm starting to go through my work clothes to make sure that I'm ready for the fall. I have a few new items to figure out what to do with and old favorites to check over for any wear and tear. I don't have time to post a lot right now, since I am rushing off to a dentist appointment this morning- yuck! :-P

Vacation Pics!
Hey guys!
Happy July! We celebrated the end of June with a summer storm here that happily dropped the temperature for the night.
So my hubby and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary at the end of May (right before I started my blog, actually!) so this year for our vacation, we decided to re-create our honeymoon. Five years ago we went to Disneyland, but didn't have a whole lot of fun because I had food poisoning the day before the wedding (!) and he got sick the day after. (We still went, though, because we had nonrefundable tickets through a travel agency.) Plus we haven't had a proper vacation in a few years since we've done so many important things like buying a house and replacing my husband's 27 year old car instead lately.
